Self Reiki:

Reiki, Community & Creation.

Paula Claus is a Level 3 Reiki Practitioner, and life enthusiast. She will introduce you to Reiki followed by a gentle heart-centred Reiki practice where we’ll tune into our inner energy, and explore how personal balance can ripple outward to nourish collective well-being.

A firm believer that energy is healing, Paula will guide us in reflecting on how individual healing supports spiritual connection and strengthens community bonds.

Elements of Self -- Self Connection:

Danielle Hauck, owner of www.vibrantsystems.ca,will share an in-depth heart-centered session exploring the Elements of Self, and how the four elements—earth, water, air, and fire—corresponding to the Elements of Self (body, mind, spirit, and community).


After the light meal, you will explore how the four elements also serve as a model for holistic community-building. Group activities will be used to deepen the collective embodiment of the elements and awareness of the connections between us and the world around us.

Mala Beads Making:

All Registered Participants will receive Male Beads to make their very own String of Male Beads.

The primary function of a mala is to count the number of times a mantra or sacred phrase is recited during japa meditation.

The beads provide a physical anchor to help keep the mind focused during spiritual practices, transforming unwholesome thoughts into wholesome ones.
